Specialized track for school leadership teams

This program is aligned with our teacher training program, with a specialized lens for school leaders. The focus of this track is on using your district's data to determine relationship to equity in your school or district environment.

You will come away with observation tools to assist you in assessing issues of equity, culturally responsive teaching, rigor, and student engagement.
In addition, you will be equipped with frameworks to help guide decision making and assessment of teacher effectiveness in your school and district.
